各位企業創辦人、人資請注意:關於「薪資」有新規定!

勞動法規新上路,職缺薪資未達4萬需寫明薪資級距,不得寫「面議」!

就業服務法經立法院三讀通過修正,明定經常性薪資未達4萬元的職缺,雇主應公開揭示或告知求職者『薪資範圍』。違者可處6萬元以上、30萬元以下罰鍰,將於 11月30日正式施行,Yourator 在此呼籲企業創辦人、人資在釋出職缺前,務必先確認徵才資訊有符合法令,以免觸法喔!

According to government regulation on 11/30, any job opening with monthly salary below NT$40,000, the employer must disclose salary range in job listings.

Employer who violates the law can be subject to a fine between $60,000 - $300,000 NTD. Yourator Team strongly advise companies to disclose salary range of all job openings to avoid unnecessary legal costs.
